Our pork chops are sold frozen, packaged in qualities of 5 with varying weights and sizes. Priced at $7 per pound.
We raise a couple pigs for meat at our farm in the warmer months of the year. We raise the Yorkshire breed of pigs (the pink ones) in our backyard pen with feed and water available to them 100% of the time. They are processed by a third-generation local butcher who also smokes the hams, steaks, and bacon.
